How to Join a Learning Session Using Zoom

There is no need to download any plugins or software if using your web browser.

In the Learning Session confirmation email you received, locate and tap or click: Click here to join meeting via Zoom a few minutes before the session start-time.
You will see a pop-up asking to Open Zoom Meetings (the button may simply say Open). Click Cancel on this pop-up.
On the Zoom page (behind the pop-up if another window pops-up), tap or click Join. You may need to scroll down — the link is usually near the bottom of the page.
When asked, “Do you want people to see you in the meeting?” tap or click Continue without microphone and camera, or use microphone and camera if you would like to participate verbally. If asked for permission to use your camera and microphone, click Allow (your browser may offer choices like Allow while visiting the site or Allow this time).
In the Enter Meeting Info window, type your name in the Your Name field, then click Join.
You will either join the Learning Session automatically or be placed in the waiting room until the session host admits you.

From your mobile phone, in the Learning Session confirmation email, locate "Join via Audio" and tap the link directly below — this dials the number and automatically enters the Meeting ID to connect you into the meeting via your phone.
The Zoom system will ask you to press the pound key on your phone to enter as a participant.
